I have to tell you a story. About 20 years ago I decided to gut my home, remodel the whole thing, and include a new AC/heating system. I got quotes from 3 AC companies; two of which were recommended by neighbors and Central Air out of a thing we called a phone book back then. Your rep that showed up was Rick.

I eventually chose Central Air because Rick was communicative, actually answered my questions, listened to my preferences, made me feel comfortable, and allowed me to assist him with the grunt work during installation. Most importantly, I felt that I could trust him.

Last evening I got a call up here in Wisconsin that my AC was out. This morning I called Rick's cell, and this afternoon my AC is again working. I have no compunction about giving Rick the keys to my home when I am 1500 miles away. Being able to do so is amazingly reassuring.

I am also amazed at what an  intelligent AC decision I made 20 years ago. Rick may now be getting a little grayer in the beard, but in 20 years he has never disappointed me. I sincerely hope that you realize how important he is to your business, and I hope you reward him appropriately, :-).

Central Aire has been Island Harbor Construction Corp. A/C contractor since 1994. They always have done excellent job for me and my customers. I can depend on them to do what ever it takes to meet my demanding schedules and service my customers. They also service my personal home. IHC only uses Central Aire!"

Dear Pete,

We want to thank you and Santos for the fine and prompt service we have received from your company. All is well with our A/C at this point and we will be contacting you for our next routine servicing.

Furthermore, we want to say how professional, efficient and helpful Santos has been to us. He most graciously answered all our questions. Made a point of showing me that the new UV lights were working properly. He not only cleaned up and took away all debris from his work area but even turned off my attic lights for me.

Luis & Juan were a pleasure to have in my home for the installation of my new a/c system...not only were they meticulous as they went about their work they seemed to really enjoy their job. They were quick to lay tarps everywhere and also had a hand sweeper to keep debris from spreading.

They were courteous and listened when I had a question or comment about something they were doing. Since this install was in my home office closet neatness and aesthetics was primary, as you know, to me. I am very pleased with them and their professionalism from morning till evening when they finished.........love the end look and I had no clean up!

 These two guys are a terrific team and know their product well, I would recommend your company ( I already have...my neighbor will be calling you) to anyone wanting a great job done for a complete new a/c system or just yearly service!
